Review

The Baby Lock Triumph is a top-of-the-line home serging machine that offers a wide range of exceptional functions and features. A single-unit differential feed insures perfectly even stitches, and the patented wave stitch and nearly 90 stitch combination options inspire decorative creativity. The machine is quieter than most sergers, stable and vibration-free, even when operating at its top speed of 1,500 stitches per minute.

Stitch Options

With 87 stitch options and combinations, including the innovative wave and reverse wave stitches, the Triumph joins the Baby Lock family at full throttle. Some additional stitches include single to triple chain stitches, overlock and flatlock stitches and an automatic rolled hem stitch. The stitch width varies from 1.5 mm to 7.5 mm and stitch length is between 0.75 mm and 4 mm.

Product Features

RevolutionAir™ Looper Threading

Baby Lock eliminates the frustrations of manually threading a serger with this exceptional feature. You can thread the loopers in a flash by simply inserting thread into a thread port and pushing a button. A short, fast air gust pushes the thread through the protective looper tube while preventing knots, tangles and thread breakage.

RevolutionAir™ Needle Threading

This innovative threading system will thread from two to all five needles with the push of a button that’s conveniently located on the needles housing. This makes threading your machine easier and faster than you ever imagined.

Thread Delivery System

There’s no need to adjust thread tension by hand thanks to the automatic thread delivery system. The system provides consistently even, balanced stitching on any type of fabric or thickness. This unique feature also allows you to thread the machine in any order.

Wave Stitch

Of all the groundbreaking features unique to Baby Lock sergers, the wave stitch with a reverse capability is possibly the most inventive. This decorative stitch produces gorgeous custom embellishments using a variety of specialized threads or yarns. Creating this exclusive stitch is as easy as changing a dial from ‘Overlock’ to ‘Wave’.

Vertical Needle Drop

Unlike most sergers, the needles on the Triumph are designed to penetrate fabrics vertically, which prevents potential fabric damage and any chance of needle deflection. There’s a magnetized plate beneath the needles that provides increased convenience when changing them.

Cover and Chain Tension Disks

Baby Lock revolutionized the cover stitch by including one state-of-the-art tension dial to control three needles at the same time. A single adjustment allows you to control cover, chain, and triple cover stitches, saving you time and effort.

Warranties

Warranties on the Baby Lock Triumph include a 25-year limited manufacturer’s warranty on the machine, a 10-year warranty on parts, a 5-year warranty on the computerized circuit board, 5 years on electrical components and a 1-year warranty on labor.
